Follador at the National Gallery with Monet

Follador is thrilled to once again be the official supplier at yet another prestigious artistic event. As with all of the great openings at the National Gallery in London, people raised a glass of Follador on April 9th  for the inauguration of an exhibition entitled “Monet & Architecture.” The exhibit will remain open to the public until July 29th.

Monet is particularly famous for his beautiful gardens and the inimitable water lilies. He’s also beloved for his landscapes and for glimpses of Paris. But in this London review his relationship with architecture is explored. The painter portrays architecture in a personal way, with the buildings immersed in a light that makes the outlines soft and elusive. In all 75 fascinating works will be on display and in the words of the artist himself, the objects are not painted, but the atmosphere that permeates them and envelops them is what’s portrayed.

Coincidentally, Monet and the other great impressionists have been featured at several important exhibitions held in Treviso, the province where one finds the Territory of Conegliano Valdobbiadene.  It is an interesting international exchange, in which those planning a trip to the British capital will also have an opportunity to attend this event, which is not to be missed. How exciting to also have a glass of Follador Prosecco in the most prestigious international context linking art and culture.

Quality you recognized.
