Virgin Atlantic has chosen Follador as the official Prosecco for its Upper Class Clubhouse VIP Lounge at the London Heathrow airport.
The English airline, which is owned by Sir Richard Branson and Delta Air Lines, is renowned for the great attention it pays to the comfort of its travelers, both during the moments preceding the flight and on board its planes. Virgin Atlantic Club House Heathrow Airport is no an exception: the setting is luxurious, cozy and relaxed, ideal to escape the typical bustle of large airports. It’s a place to spend time waiting in an absolutely relaxing atmosphere, comfortably seated on a chaise lounge. Now you can also sip on a delicious Follador Prosecco, accompanied by light bites from the cocktail bar, or something more from the rich à la carte menu of the brand new brasserie.
Follador shares its excitement about this new milestone, and is gratified by the comments made by Mark O Murphy, Clubhouse Food and Beverage Manager: ‘We believe that our customers always expect to discover something special, new and memorable when they travel Virgin Atlantic Upper Class and that applies as much to the food and drink we serve as the entertainment onboard or the cabin design. Follador is a boutique brand, rather like Virgin itself, and is exceptional, bright golden and delicate. We had to have it for the Clubhouse menu. Simple as that.’
2020 HARVEST – AN EXCELLENT VINTAGE
The quality of the grapes harvested is excellent; the climate was lenient and favorable, as evidenced by the fragrant bouquet of the musts, also good from an analytical point of view. 2020 was a particular and difficult year in many regards, but this magnificent harvest rewards us and gives us optimism for the future.
