The magnificent views of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene and the villages which dot the hills that make up our terroir serve as the protagonists of the film “As Long as There is Prosecco There is Hope,” a film directed by Antonio Padovan based on a novel by the Venetian writer Fulvio Ervas.
In recent years, Prosecco has been a rising star, winning awards and being included in celebrations world-wide. Finally the landscape from which it comes can also be seen on the big screen. This film, which is achieving great critical and commerical success, reaffirms the importance of sustainability, understood in an environmental sense as well as an existential one. The film was presented recently at the Rome Film Festival, where it captivated audiences through the expression of the magic and charm of this unique region of Italy.
