Follador renews its presence at the major wine fairs with the launch of its new line of wines, confirming the importance of these events for meeting with the trade, journalists, and wine fans while opening prospects for brand development in the international market.
“Fairs as influential and important as ProWein and Vinitaly allow us to share our story with the rest of the world,” says Cristina Follador, marketing manager for the family business. “It’s a story tied to the name of our father Gianfranco Follador, one of the pioneers of Valdobbiadene Prosecco, who was among the first in the region to move towards the D.O.C.G. sparkling Charmat method. In addition to this we are very pleased to take this opportunity to introduce our new line of wines called Ca’ dei Noni.”
Follador is a name that is synonymous with the best sparkling wines in Valdobbiadene Superiore D.O.C.G. and bearing this in mind it was decided to look into a new line with a different identity. Designed to create a contrast with the more austere and historically significant Follador, ‘Ca’ dei Noni’ has a lively, colourful, fresh image thanks to its contemporary packaging. A range of high-quality wines selected from different Terroirs, each of which reveals a rich fruity bouquet and extraordinary flavours, vinified with care and dedication.
Follador will be pleased to welcome you at the ProWein from 15 untill 17 of March – Düsseldorf (Germany) Hall 16 – Stand E40 and at Vinitaly from 22 untill 25 of March – Verona (Italy) Hall 5 – Stand B2 to taste the new line of wine ‘Ca’ dei Noni’ together naturally with the new 2014 vintage of Follador Valdobbiadene Superiore D.O.C.G.
2020 HARVEST – AN EXCELLENT VINTAGE
The quality of the grapes harvested is excellent; the climate was lenient and favorable, as evidenced by the fragrant bouquet of the musts, also good from an analytical point of view. 2020 was a particular and difficult year in many regards, but this magnificent harvest rewards us and gives us optimism for the future.
