Ideal at any time of the day. The taste is smooth and well structured. An excellent aperitif or throughout a meal, it goes well with pasta or rice and light meat dishes.

Prosecco D.O.C. Treviso


The ideal wine for those who like the typical Prosecco, but without too many bubbles. Balanced flavor, full, soft with a fresh and savoury finish. Excellent for the whole meal.

Rosé Vita Rosa


The pink bubbles of ‘Vita Rosa’ are a wealth of rich notes of citrus with a dry finish. Excellent as aperitif and for cocktail, divinely accompanies light dishes based on seafood or vegetables.

Quality, passion and tradition combined bring you Follador’s semi-sparkling line of wines. Historically, these are some of the first sparkling wine from Italian soil and include the Prosecco D.O.C. Treviso in the Spago, Aeris and Renana versions, along with other variety like Vita Rosa.
These Frizzanti/Semi-Sparkling wines varietals are made mainly from Prosecco area from the family’s southwest facing vineyards. Yielding 18,000 kg per hectare annually, the wines are fermented in autoclaves for up to 20 days. They are easy to drink alone or accompanying a variety of dishes.

The quality of the grapes harvested is excellent; the climate was lenient and favorable, as evidenced by the fragrant bouquet of the musts, also good from an analytical point of view. 2020 was a particular and difficult year in many regards, but this magnificent harvest rewards us and gives us optimism for the future.
