The Gavi “La Buona Italia” Award is earned by entities that implement valid, actionable promotion in the food and wine industry. This year the award went to the Prosecco Protection Consortium D.O.C.G. Conegliano Valdobbiadene.
The choice to seal the bottles with string does not derive from a specific technical motivation, but from the intent to perpetuate a centuries-old tradition that dates back to the very origins of sparkling Prosecco.

The new Prosecco Rosé Millesimato, like all our products, will be vinified according to the Gianfranco Follador™️ method, with the second fermentation in autoclave according to the Martinotti method (Charmat) followed by regular fermentation and a long stop on the lees at 0°.
Unable to contain his enthusiasm, he made the announcement himself and, to celebrate this success, decided to offer all customers who visit the wine bar this week a glass of Follador’s first-class Millesimato.
